The domain name of website is https://www.nenix.co.in (herein after referred as a website)  This website owned by “NeNix” (herein after referred as a firm) registered under Indian Partnership Act, 1932 at Surat, Gujarat as a partnership firm having its Registered office at F-301, Neelkanth Residency, Opp. Raj World, Palanpur Canal Road, Palanpur, SURAT. 395009 GUJARAT. INDIA.

This website intended to sale various products displayed under various categories on this website.

Products and instruction for how to use / care.

The products sold by firm are procured from various vendors / Manufacturers across the Union of India. While procuring products, the firm has taken care about quality of the products. The firm is bound to follow instruction given by Manufacturers of Products regarding use and care of Products sold on our website. The firm has already mentioned various instruction for use and care of products on website with each product.  We requested our Customers / Purchaser / end user to go through instruction given on website with each product. We also supply instruction to use and care with products also where it is required or possible.

Warranty or replacements of Products

The firm is procuring various products from various vendors / manufacturers across Union of India. The firm is providing warranty or replacements of products as per terms and conditions of respected vendors / manufacturers. All these terms and conditions are mentioned on website and mobile application or supply with products.

The firm follow 7 days return policy. Condition to return are as follow:

7 Days (Seven Days) consider from date of delivery of goods. Here 7 days (Seven Days) means Calendar days including any holiday or weekly off.

Product must be in resalable condition.

Product must be accompanying with all Tags, MRP Stickers and packing bags.

Product must be unused / unwashed / undamaged.

Mode of returning of Products, Refunds and reimbursement of courier charges

Replacement or Refund will be process only when original product received back from customers to the firm.

Refund will be given to the person in whose name bill issued. No fund will be released in other person’s Account in any circumstances.

No cash payment will be made. Payment will be made through banking system only.

The firm tie up for courier facilities with “Shiprocket”. Our logistic partner “Shirocket” collect product on return request. Customers will not require to pay any courier charges for return.

While returning the product, Customer is requested to pack the product with duct tape or adhesive tape and return to person came for collection of the same.

But where our logistic partner not able to provide return facility, the customer is requested to send products on address mentioned in Bill / Invoice. The firm will reimburse courier charges to customers along with replacement of products or refund of Money.

Only normal courier charges will be refunded. No Express delivery charges will be refunded to customer.

Customer who is requesting for reimbursement are required to share their following details with firm for COD Orders only

Trade Mark, Copy Right, Intellectual Property rights

The firm is procuring products from various vendors / Manufacturers  across the Union of India. The products are sold by firm may protected under Trade Mark, Copy Right and Intellectual property right under Indian Laws or Laws or Country where manufacturer registered its trade mark or under International Laws. The firm here requested user / Visitor / buyer not to copy, imitate  and use of design etc. of products shown on website or application. This is punishable offence. Breach of law may attract legal action from respected owner of Trade Mark, Copy right and Intellectual Property. The firm is not promoting any counterfeiting activity.

The firm is procuring various products from various supplier under Bonafide belief that they are owner or allow to sell the respected products of the respected Trade Mark, Copy Right and Intellectual Property rights holder. Even though any of our supplier falsely represents to provide products under trade mark / Copy Right/ Intellectual Property of others as his / her / their, the firm is ready to co-operate with original owner of Trade Mark, Copy Right and Intellectual Property for legal action against the accused / culprit.

Payment Gateway

The firm has tie up with Razor Pay for transferring payment through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or any other electronic payment method supported by Razor Pay. User are intimated that for making payment of products purchased by you will be redirected to website of Razor Pay (i.e. outside of our website). The firm is NOT COLLECTING any information regarding Net Banking ID, Password, Credit Card , Debit Card Number or any other sensitive details relating payments. The firm is not responsible for any loss occurred due to outside website while making transactions.

Marketing Communications

By providing your communication information to NeNix (The firm) you hereby agree to receive various promotional communication by way of E-Mail, SMS etc. You hereby allow to override DND rules and regulation set under the respected law.

Opt out from Marketing Communications

The firm is respecting privacy of user of website. Firm is providing Opt Out facility to the user. They are requested to send “OPT OUT” to following e-mail id support@nenix.co.in or reply to received mail by “OPT OUT” in subject line by mentioning their e-mail id and contact number. The firm will stop sending marketing communications after 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of OPT OUT Request.

Transactional Communication

We may contact you for your Order Place, dispatched of order etc. through E-Mail, SMS or through telephonic conversation. DND rules and regulations will be automatically override and allow us to send such communication relating to your transactions with us.

The firm respect privacy of user of our website or mobile application. Firm never share any contact details of user to third party. If any one claims firm has shared such details with them. Do Not trust and share any details with the. Refunds
