Are these products manufactured by NeNix?

No, not all products are not manufactured by NeNix. We are procuring these products from various suppliers from Union of India. NeNix already mentioned on product which was manufactured by NeNix.

What is the warranty of the products?

We are procuring products from various vendors and manufacturers from Union of India. We are providing warranty as provided by manufacturer of products.

Which type of care is required to take for products?

Product care instruction is mentioned on product page and supplied with products where ever necessary or possible. You are requested to check product care instruction before purchase / use of products.

Can buyer pay cash on delivery?

Yes, buyer can pay cash on delivery.

Can buyer return products?

Yes, as per our return policy buyer can return this products. Buyers are  requested to refer return policy given on separate page by clicking https://www.nenix.co.in/refund_returns/

Can refund issued to other than buyer?

No, refund can not be issued to other than buyer.

Can Refund issue in cash?

No, refund cannot issue in cash in any circumstances. Refund will be paid in bank account of buyer only if payment made through payment gateway.

If cash on delivery option selected, buyer required to provide certain information to process payment as mentioned in return policy on Returns page.

How many days it will take to refund the amount?

After receipt of product to our office. Generally it will take 10 working day to process refund.

Firm is registered with which Government Departments?

Firm has registered under various laws with various Government Departments of Central Government, State Government and Local Authorities viz. ROF (Registrar of Firms), Shop & Establishment, Professional Tax, GST , MSME (Udyam), FSSAI (FosCos), Income Tax, & DGFT(IEC).
